Patient Instructions to Save Link to Mobile Device
If you are an SBS patient, it is important to inform new healthcare professionals about your condition, especially in the case of an emergency.
AboutSBS.ca was developed so that you can quickly and easily share information about SBS with whoever is taking care of you. Any healthcare professional can access information about SBS by scanning the QR code at the top of the page.
To make sure you always have this QR code handy and ready to share with a healthcare professional, you can:

To save a shortcut on your iOS home screen, you must use Safari to open the website.
- Tap the share icon to open the menu.
- In the menu, scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
